Trinity Products, Inc. began in 1979. The company' mission was to provide quality products and services to the construction industry, piling contractors, road boring contractors, utility contractors, and the caisson industry.
In 1986 the company secured a lease on 15 acres of property and built a fabrication facility. Adding fabrication services at that time increased the value we could give to our existing customers and diversify our customer base. This expansion brought about the addition of a new product line (high rise sign structures) that lead to the addition of billboard fabrication.
The company's relocation in 1999 brought about expansion to a new, larger 30,000 sq ft fabrication shop. Also the addition of an AutoCAD driven, CNC, multi-torch burning table to custom burn parts from plate greatly increased our fabrication capabilities. New equipment for cutting angles, channels, and beams was added in 2001 to facilitate the growing billboard and cell tower divisions. A new 10,000 sq ft coating facility was completed in February 2002 to ensure timely completion of orders needing paint or special coatings. We have added building struts and columns for the construction industry. To facilitate increased production requirements of hole drilling and punching, a CNC beam line will be in production by mid-simmer of 2002.
The summer of 2006 brought the beginning of a new era for Trinity Products with ground breaking on our new Spiral weld pipe mill and building. Construction ended and pipe production began in March of 2007
We presently have 75 employees company wide with 40 people in our production facilities. One of Trinity's largest assets is our staff. To give each employee the highest probability of success, Trinity has committed itself to Open Book Management. Open Book Management encourages employees to be involved in decision making on areas that are directly related to their job. The company shares financial information at regular monthly meetings, asking for input and solutions on current issues. Benchmarks are established and goals set. As goals are reached all employees share in rewards. Trinity's commitment to their employees ensures us that we will have a staff that is 100% dedicated to servicing our customers. The hard work and dedication to growth at Trinity was recognized by the state of Missouri in July of 2001 with the Governor's Achievement Award for Economic Development and the 2001 Innovative Training/Workforce Development Award.
